Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your WOW by YAO pieces. Please review the terms below carefully before purchasing, as they explain exactly when a return or refund is available.

Eligibility Window
Requests for a return must be submitted within 3 days of delivery by emailing our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (where applicable) still attached. Items showing signs of wear, odor, makeup, deodorant, smoke exposure, or alteration will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances: sale or clearance items, items purchased with a discount code, intimates, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and any item marked "Final Sale" on the product page.

Approved Returns
If your return is approved, it will be issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months. We do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the store credit issued.

Shipping Costs
Original and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
As required by law, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the claim and, once verified, arrange a resolution at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return
Email info@knockoutlebanon.com with your order number, photos, and reason for the request. Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval, and any item sent back without authorization will not be refunded or credited.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted, as fulfillment begins immediately.
